You can add or edit many user accounts at once, by importing user details from an existing file. To view the Import User screen, do one of the following:
- Click the Users tab, and then click Import Users.
- Click Import users… on the lower right of the Manage User Accounts screen.
- On the Import User screen, select the Type of users you want to import.
- Click Browse to find and open the file you want to import.
- In the Choose file dialog box, go to the folder where the file is stored, click the file name, and then click Open. The file must be in .csv format.
- Click Start Import on the lower right.
- Read the message that appears, and click OK. You return to the Manage User Accounts screen.
