You can add or edit many user accounts at once, by importing user details from an existing file. To view the Import User screen, do one of the following:

  • Click the Users tab, and then click Import Users.
  • Click Import users… on the lower right of the Manage User Accounts screen.
    1. On the Import User screen, select the Type of users you want to import.
    2. Click Browse to find and open the file you want to import.


    3. In the Choose file dialog box, go to the folder where the file is stored, click the file name, and then click Open. The file must be in .csv format.
    4. Click Start Import on the lower right.
    5. Read the message that appears, and click OK. You return to the Manage User Accounts screen.

• If there are updates to students flagged for Soar to Success, ThinkCentral Updates the students’ records and Sends a request to Soar to Success to update the students’ records.
