The Move Students Class to Class screen allows you to remove students from the source class and add them to the target class. When you remove students from the source class, the active relationship between the student and the class is severed. A relationship between the student and the target class is created, providing the student with access to the resources and assignments of the class that he or she is joining.

1. Select School on the Home page, and then click Move Student(s) Class to Class.
2. Select the Grade, Filter, and Class that you are moving students from in the Source Class area.
3. Select the Grade, Filter, and Class that you are moving students to in the Target Class area, and then click Show Student(s).
4. In the Available Student(s) box, select the student(s) that you are moving, and then click Add >.
5. The student(s) that you selected appear at the top of the Target class student list. Click Move Student(s), and then click OK.



6. The system sends e-mails to the teachers of both the source class and target class, informing them of the move. When the Move Successful! Message appears, click OK.
