This topic describes running a report after a promotion has been run, when the report selection criteria does not have a class selection filter. The example report used is the Student Progress Report.
- On the Reports tab, do one of the following:
- Click Progress under Student By.
- Click Report by Progress under Student, and then click Create Report.
- In Create Student Progress Report screen, select the Grade, enter the name of the student in Find student area, and then click Find.
- In the Matching Students area, click the button next to the student’s name, and then click Next.
- In the Due Date area, do one of the following:
- Click All to include details of previous years tests.
- Click Custom, click the calendars in the From and To boxes, and select the date range for the report.

- Click Include all scored and unscored assessment assignments in the Assignment Status area.
- Do one of the following:
- Select the All Subjects check box in the Subject area.
- Select specific subjects instead of All Subjects.
- In the Report Format area, click the format you want: HTML, Excel, or PDF.
- Click Generate Report.
