Forgot User Name

To retrieve the forgotten user name:

1. Click Forgot User Name.

2. Fill out the Forgot User Name form.

3. Click Continue to submit the request for your username.

Your username will be mailed to the e-mail address you provide.

Forgot Password

To retrieve a forgotten password:

1. Enter your User Name.

2. Click Forgot Password.

3. When you initially logged into ThinkCentral you were prompted to define three password hints. Enter in the answers to all three hints previously defined.

4. Click Continue to continue the request for your password.
