The Move User(s) School to school screen allows you to move one or more users from school to school within a district. When you move a user from a school, his or her user account at that school is deactivated, and a user account is created at the school that the user moves to.

1. Moving one user from school to school
- Select District & Schools tab on the Home page, and click School to School link under Move tab.
- Select user from the User type dropdown list.
- Select School from Source School dropdown list.
- Select grade from Grade dropdown list.
- Select teacher/class from Teacher/Class dropdown list.
- You can enter the user’s User Name, First Name and Last Name, or you can leave these fields blank.
- In the Target School section, select the school from the School dropdown list.
- Click Show Users button
- If the First Name and Last Name fields are entered, the user's name should appear in the Available User(s) box. If the name is not entered, the names of all the users in the class appear in the Available User(s) box. Select the User's name, click Add to move the user name to the Selected User(s) list, and click Confirm Move .
- When the confirmation message appears, click OK.
- The Move User School to School screen displays a Move successful! message, with the user's first name, last name, grade, and user name. Click Print.
2. Moving more than one user from school to school
- Select District & Schools tab on the Home page, and click School to School link under Move tab.
- Select user from the User type dropdown list.
- Select School from Source School dropdown list.
- Select grade from Grade dropdown list.
- Select teacher/class from Teacher/Class dropdown list.
- In the Target School section, select the school from the School dropdown list.
- Click Show Users button
- The names of all the users in the class that you selected should appear in the Available Users(s) box. Select the users that you are moving, click Add to move the names to the Selected Users(s) list, and then click Confirm Move.
- When the confirmation message appears, click OK
- The Move User(s) School to School screen will display a Move successful! message, with the user's first name, last name, ID and User Name. Click Print
