Districts and Schools: Manage Schools

The Manage Schools screen lets you see information about all of the schools in your district. You can change the school's region and highest grade. The remainder of the information is determined when the account is set up and cannot be changed.

1. Selecting a School

  • To view the details for a school, select the school's name in the list that appears when you click the Manage Schools link.
    Note: The system shows 20 schools at a time. If there are more than 20 schools, you may need to scroll to the next page.

2. Viewing School Information

  • The School PID field shows your district's unique identification number.
  • The School name field displays your district's official name in the ThinkCentral system.
  • The Street address field shows your district's central street mailing address.
  • The City field shows your district's city mailing address.
  • The State field shows what state your district is located in.
  • The ZIP field shows the postal ZIP code for your district's central mailing address.
  • The Phone displays the central telephone number for contacting your district.
  • Select a time zone from the Time zone dropdown list.
  • Select a grade from the Graduating Grade dropdown list.
  • To update your account with your new selections, click Save.
  • To exit the screen without saving any of your changes, click Cancel.

3. Editing School Configuration Settings

  1. Click Districts & Schools, and then click Schools under Manage.
  2. On the Manage Schools screen, click a School.
  3. On the Edit School screen, select a graduating grade from the Graduating Grade dropdown list.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Click OK on the message that appears.
    • The screen navigates back to Edit School screen.

Note
• If you are not authorized to promote students, the Highest Grade Level field is disabled.
